Vitamin C filter can be ordered for £6.99 extra (make a note on the order notes) but is optional (you can use the washable cheap to maintain mesh filters that are provided as standard). Vitamin C Filter helps retaining skin's moisture while the dehumidifier is in operation.
Vitamin C is essential for synthesis of collagen and elasten, which are necessary for healthy skin. Mixing vitamin C into the dehumidifier air stream is intended to have a moisturizing effect by being available directly to the skin stimulating the metabolism to promote the supply of moisture from within the body.
